Lets start off by saying Slayer tower is a little broken.
Slayer tower, second floor doors don't work sometimes?
It also appears to be seriously player sided too, i could open and walk through the door where as other people couldn't.
Resetting the server also fixed it.
both flights of stairs are a tad buggy as well.

#1 Slash bash

however, excalibur should have a damage boost against him, going about this can be done one of two ways, the stats can be raised IE 95 slash 92 strength making it more efficient than the whip overall which i have no issues with, or just increase the damage considerably so you can actually deal 20 damage or 30 damage to the boss with excalibur, loot wise I am unsure what to give him other than maybe noted onyx loots, onyx bolts, dragon bolts (all enchanted ofc) and potentially guilded gear or something of value in terms of cosmetics.
Bone gear- as well, in endacia bone spear was great as a weapon.
#2 the kendal/ kendal

#3 Salarin the twisted

Sinister key loot can be used and or made into something for a special chest as well!
#4 the lunar bosses

#5 Treus Dayth

make him harhsly drain prayer and have a magic attack that deals like 20 damage max he uses 30 % of the time or something and a melee attack that hits for 60 if you dont prot against it forcing people into an uncomfortable place also preventing his farming for too extensive periods of time.
#8 Jungle demon

We could have each one either seperate bosses or have them in a barrows esk type fight, however they should be considerably stronger than what they are in runescape and you should have to beat all 4 to get the reward irregardless
I suggest the loots be- 45-60k coins, mystic, splitbark and enchanted magic armours, a chance at a silverlight loot, adamant or rune whip loots, uncut onyx's and or dragonstones, noted rune essence etc. Make them a challange for decent rewards.

I believe after we have everything going on and running and we have bosses in the system that are operational we could have a survival/dominion tower esk game that we could work around, with decent rewards.
Anything I didn't include boss loots for is due to the lack of loots i can see being effectively placed in this overall, so i believe this may help you guys with models and loots!

Edit: We could look into two interesting whip concepts i saw in an older server, one was the lite whip and ice whip, now the ice whip was unedited and just recolored but they altered the stats so it hit harder because they felt the fact that the initial idea was to have an ice barrage spec with slightly higher damage may have been too op, and the lite whip had regular stats but hit faster.
